My sales person was very nice, but I think too “slick”. The insoles have been causing my heels to just “screen”. Also since attempting to wear the insoles per her instructions my lower back also hurts much more than before.
I just don’t feel a store should wait until checkout to charge almost $2,000.00 for something that gives me more pain

I have plantar fasciiatus. I've had it for over 30 years. I have spent $1000's on my feet over the years from Z coils shoes to custom made orthotics.
I decided to try the Good Feet store. I was warned in advance that it is very expensive. I still went. The nice salesman spent hours with me getting me fit for the right insole. I chose the lifetime warranty because if my feet change or if they break I get a new pair. 2 weeks after buying them, I went backpacking 14 hour round trip. My feet would have been killing me for days after. Not so. I didn't have any foot pain after the trip. If I walk around an hour without my orthotics I'm in pain.
I wear them daily working on my feet on concrete all day in Merrell hiking boots. I can wear them in my other dress shoes too.

I regret my decision to spend so much money on the shoe inserts. I was desperate to have some relief from a nerve pain in my feet that I was willing to pay...Overpriced. I asked my foot doctor about GOOD FEET store and he basically told me that I waisted my money. I am buying memory foam cushioning inserts istead now, they are more comfortable and better for pain. I was wearing Good feet store's inserts for 2 years and found myself being annoyed constantly remembering changing inserts throughout the day and often found that inserts would aggravate my nerves even more. I am wearing a memory foam inserts now. Your inserts are overpriced.

I had such a great experience at the Good Feet Store on Eagle Road in Meridian! Ashley, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and so professional that I didn’t even think twice about the product—it just felt right because of the way she explained and presented everything.
Earlier that day, I had a really disappointing experience with customer service somewhere else, and honestly, I was in a bad mood. But Ashley completely turned my day around. Her attitude and genuine care lifted me up so much that I didn’t even feel like writing the negative review I was planning. That’s how much she impacted me!
I can’t praise her enough—thank you, Ashley, for your outstanding customer service and for making my experience so wonderful.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
