We did the drill and I was informed if they aren’t a good fit, come back in and we will try something else. What that something else is is not a refund. They don’t do them. Store credit only . What good is that if the product isn’t a good fit? The sales person conveniently had a hand placed over that verbiage on the receipt where you are initialing and signing your rights away. I ended up going to a podiatrist and getting actual custom inserts for about $1100 less than what these cost. Now I get to pay off 1600 for the little pieces of plastic that will rot in my closet. DONT DO IT!

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
