Course is a like a typical muni course design. Flat, not too difficult, wider fairways, but a couple of tighter driving holes where you have to fit your tee shot. Strong winds and long par 3s are the course defenses. The greens are usually really good and fast.
Short game practice area is nice with good chipping/pitching green, good sand bunker, and good putting green. The practice range has decent golf balls, but the mats are rock hard. The mats really feel like a thin piece of cloth on top of concrete. They really need to replace the mats with some higher quality practice mats.
Good challenge. Mostly well kept with a few areas needing a little attention. Good pace of play on a weekday.

Always love playing here. The staff are always nice, and joke around with you. The greens were in great shape, fairways were pretty beat up and wet. But had a good time. I would recommend it.
Yesterday's weather was wonderful with a cool breeze, but the bees on some holes and in the portable restrooms were a bit threatening. Then, when I got home and saw my receipt, I was shocked again. They told there was no reservation fee for tee times. A week ago, when I made my reservation online, the confirmation I received showed $74 per person (total $296), excluding cart fees. But Yesterday, at the clubhouse, I was charged an additional $80 per person (total $320), plus cart fees. I called this morning to inquire, but they said they couldn't confirm because the staff had changed.
This is the first time this has happened, so I was a little disappointed and would not recommend this golf course.
I've attached a photo.

The course is in better shape than most local courses - even having punched just two weeks ago, the course is playable and not overrun with squirrels, like Sunnyvale, Santa Teresa, SJ Muni and others.
