- KMKath MurrayAug 19, 20255.0We contacted TGA to discuss repairing sections on garage floor that were damaged, left bare when work 1st done, etc. Floor was still under warranty. With a show of genuine concern that placed Customer first, the Co Mgr decided to clean and resurface our garage floor, his comment: " Why put bandaids on damaged spots? They'll peel again & never look right. Your prior owner's did not give floor coating 7 days needed to dry & 'cure'. " Justin and Trent came out twice; 1st day they sanded and cleaned floor, then applied epoxy coating. 2nd day, tiny plastic pellets loosened on top were swept/blown & carefully collected in trash bags. Final coating was applied. In 24 hours, lightweight items such as trash/recycle cans can be returned. While waiting for various steps, both men helped me inside w/ simple tasks like removing a smoke alarm battery using tall step ladder. I'm in mid-70's and avoid step ladders . This Co and its employees exemplify an ideal work ethic!!!
