  We've worked with Milo twice and Rah once. Both are extremely knowledgeable and so helpful with the process. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment which is easily done by calling the exchange directly. I highly recommend using Frederick Coin Exchange!!

  I cannot say enough positive things about this place! I made an appointment the day before (Make an appointment as the website suggests!) They messaged me back within 10min asking if I could send them the spreadsheet I had made and referenced. I sent the list and they asked for me to adjust my time so I could have an hour appointment. Arrived 12:25 for 12:30 apt, they addressed me and said it would be a couple minutes. 12:40 I began working with Amy I believe and talk about customer service and explanations! I left there at 1:40 with a check, and some loose change that was only face value and could be spent anywhere. This was so easy and everyone working in there was polite and knowledgeable with all of the customers.

  What an incredible experience! My friend and I arrived a little early and had to wait, but certainly didn’t mind. It was fascinating watching all of the staff working so hard and all being extraordinarily polite. What a treat! Then my friend and I had the pleasure of working with Maxwell who was remarkable, answering all of our questions, yet being very thorough and not wasting any time for your business or for us. We can’t wait to return for another thrilling day.

  Overall the best experience I ever had in my history of buy & selling precious metals. Took an appointment online, got there, was welcomed by a nice atmosphere and great customer service. I had to fill out a form confirming the informations and my appointment. I had 15 minutes overall there or maybe a little more. The professionalism I experienced and the knowledge I gained during the process was remarkable. It was safe, welcoming, and cheery. And the prices were fair and great. I wouldn’t compare it to anything because they are light years ahead of every single one of the coin exchanges I have experienced. Parking was easy and they also have a nice ice cream shop right across from them.
