  I had a great experience working with Travis on selecting an electric fireplace for my condo. He was knowledgeable, helpful and gave me lots of good suggestions. The store is well done and has many nice displays set up for the various different fireplace types. Good store and good people!

  Lots of products, choices, options. Staff is very helpful. I appreciate the fact that they are very forward with not wasting people’s time or their own with lookieloos. I like this. They will bend over backwards to help you IF you are a real customer. That being said the two outstanding features that really compelled me to recommend them over any others in the Coachella Valley is that number one the choices and options available are profound and number two. Their staff is extremely helpful.

  What a wonderful store. We were renovating a recently purchased home and needed the fake logs and didn't know what else, because I didn't know what to do. Phillip (the owner) had interior design expertise and showed me some options that I had not thought of... I ended up with not only the logs but a stone mantel and a beautiful wrought iron fireplace door... I am pleased beyond pleased. We were wondering if we got a good deal so we searched the Internet and not only were we pleasantly surprised but pleasantly shocked. The iron door we purchased for 1028.00 was online at 2500-3500 (no exaggeration) We could not recommend them higher. So professional and such a nice showroom. 5thumbs up
