  Absolutely the best. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. I’ve got auto order for most my dog and cats food but I still like to come in and pickup sometimes because it’s that nice here. If there’s a sale going on they’ll make sure you get in on it. If your pet doesn’t like the food they’ll take it back. They’ll give very knowledgeable suggestions as best they can for food/supplements etc. One time I didn’t realize I had an auto order coming up right after I did an in-store pickup, and they gave me a phone call before it went thru to double check I meant to get it. Like I said, seriously the best place I’ve ever gotten pet food and supplies from.

  Amazing! Placed the much needed treat order for a new puppy in the morning and had it the same day. I can’t thank you enough for offering delivery. It makes all the new things a bit easier. On top of that I got a prompt text letting me know one item was just out of stock and the person had multiple suggestions that made the swap so easy. Thanks for being proactive and solution oriented. Finally- we found you all because you carried a really complete selection of Green Juju that this little one loves!!! Thank you.

  The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer treats so it's a favorite destination. Many of their products offer loyalty programs (buy 12 get 1 free) so be sure to inquire about it.
