  I have no idea how this place is rated so high. Maybe they have favorites, but I had an extremely disappointing experience with this eye care doctor. From the moment I walked in, the staff's rudeness was evident. I was very uncomfortable when being called back to get my eyes checked. He had a rude tone. Their lack of communication skills was astounding, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. The doctor's manners were equally terrible, showing no empathy or respect throughout my appointment. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality eye care.

  I had to wait a little less than a month to get squeezed in for an appointment. However, I think the wait was worth it. Dr. Flint was great! The staff was friendly as well. Considering my vision issues, I'm very picky about eye doctors. Plus, this place is actually affordable. I wish most Lawton Providers would take communication lessons from the staff and doctors here.

  I call the office the lady was unpleasant, grouchy, and moody, then ask for appointment, I wouldn't get appointment for over 1 month 2 weeks time. you must be pleasant to talk to customers, and try to be happy, i will not recommend this place due to attitude from the employees, and getting a timely appointment as i needed my prescription for work asap. just think if the examiner is this bad too and just might poke my eye out for having a bad day!!!
