My Dr. Dugo and her team are phenomenal. From the lady and the gent at the front desk, to the curb appeal to the lobby and waiting area, all clean and supreme. Before I knew what a retinal tear was, after I called in with a couple of symptoms, I was seen within hours, diagnosed and treated immediately. Every single facet of this center is totally professional and extremely competent. I highly recommend the center.
- JCJessica CJun 23, 20254.0Doctors sometimes have a hard time hearing their patients if you know what i mean but they overall will get to the root of the issue and help in any way. Very matter of fact doctors. The one receptionist they had was amazing but the new girl doesnt seem to understand hippa or confidentiallity as the whole waiting room heard every detail of our check in process she was so loud. Like that the doctors are smart but please bring the other gentleman back pay him more or something.

The very kind and considerate gentlemen (sorry didnât catch his name) that helped me with my budget concerns was the best!! My final experience of paying and getting squirted by the hand sanitizer capped off the day! Wonderful experience, looking forward to my next visit!!!

Olivia was an amazing tech, so patient with my 3 year old and getting the job done , even spoiled her with color books and stuffies to help her get through her appt! Dr. Stevenâs and the pharmacist Michael both did a great job explaining âthe whyâ for my daughters new prescription. We are so pleased with how kind and compassionate everyone was from start to finish. Even the tech, Raevin reaching out to us to check on my daughter after her appt was just above and beyond.
