  The Exchange is the best place to live! The amenities and staff including Rodney and Penelope are amazing! They are super helpful and make you feel welcomed! The dog park is the best! The area is very convient and walkable to the square in San Marco!

  My experience moving in the Exchange was an absolute adventure. So it was my first time moving to Florida and I was looking for a well established apartment with a safe neighborhood for families and hence I came across the Exchange and Barlow apartments. Im guessing both are owned by the same owner cuz they’re managed by the same management team. Anyways so I called them up and I got in touch with Rodney, Penelope and their whole team. They were very specific in their details describing the apartment and the neighborhood and also what the building organization had to offer. Also gave me a virtual tour as I was still back in NY at that time. I’m the end I eventually made up my mind and hence decided to go in for the Exchange. My thing was that due to religious reasons I wanted to move in the very next day while submitting an application for verification being done one day earlier, which is in some places is kinda technically not possible. But no matter, Rodney was so so professional and helpful with getting me moved in as soon as possible. Helped me get my paperwork and my verification done as soon as time could tell and the payment process along with the online setup for portals and everything was so so smooth with zero hassle at all. So the next day I was flying in to Jacksonville and obviously my phone was gonna be in airplane mode during flight hours so there could have been a last minute upset cuz of no communication..but he and his team did their utmost to have the apartment ready for move in. But yes there was a hiccup as I was making my last airport stop to Jax. So the apartment that I applied for was found to be not ready when final preparations were being made for move in. But no matter what came across Rodney and Penelope stayed back late even though it was off duty hours for them and did everything to have another apartment ready for move in. Everything was so so smooth and they were so polite explaining the hassle and told me not to worry and assured me that they would have my home ready for move in and they definitely lived a 100% up to it. See now that’s what I call professionalism !. That’s what shows that they really care for the people that live in the community. So I reached my apartment at around 11:45 at night and had all my access codes ready sent to me. The new apartment was assigned ready to me and I entered the main door I was so happy that I had got the apartment in time. So thankful to them that they worked with me on such a short notice and had everything readily prepared for me. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move in at the exchange or Barlow to get in touch with Rodney. He and his team are absolute professionals and thank you to them for making my move in at the Exchange a memorable and a most welcoming one.

  I discovered The Exchange through Landing Living and fell in love with the community. I decided to become a long term resident and applied for a 2 bedroom. The application process was so easy. Penelope, Rodney and Kenny are amazing. Each of them took their time and was very helpful throughout the entire process. They helped me to setup my JEA and renters insurance and made everything so easy. I am so excited for my move in! The team at The Exchange are wonderful to work with!!!

  Rodney has gone above and beyond to make sure living at the Exchange has been the best apartment experience ive found in Jacksonville. Genuinely looking out for us every step of the application process, and available with relevant information when needed. Can't say enough about the guy.

  They don’t have adequate parking for their apartments; living on one of the streets adjacent the residents and their visitors take over the streets and they never yield to pedestrians or stop at stop signs. If your gonna add a lot of people in one spot make sure you have adequate parking cause you can’t drive half the time in our neighborhood cause they have the streets clogged with people who think only of themselves clearly by the way they park!
