First time going and I Loved that it was not crowded. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the workers were super polite and awesome. Food was good, we ordered burgers for my husband it was cooked perfect but for me I need it to be well done but I know next time to request it. Drinks were reasonable priced. Only thing I thought that was over priced was a frozen drink for my son that was considered a frozen margarita, small cup and was charged $12 for it. I also did not like that it’s hard to get a tube to float. Some one was holding on to 3 tubes another person had another one keep in mind the tubes were just by their area not in the water. They were not being used for about over 40 mins. I did ask and they Said they would eventually use them. I thought it was once you’re done put it back for someone else to float. If I would have known it was first come first serve like I was told by a life guard I would have held on to the one we had.

It was free for residents. Enjoy the atmosphere. Not crowded but we never were able to get a tube to float. They appear to not have enough for more than 10 people. I rode on all 3 slides. They were quick but so fun. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. Drinks were okay and I 2anted to order the chicken wings but there as a long wait for them to defrost and get cooked. It was a nice time for a Saturday morning.

Let me start off by saying this place is really nice inside . Great views My family and I was extremely disappointed that’s we had to leave Elmont swim club do to lighten strikes 10 plus miles away . So we literally sat there and was unable to get in the water for hours . We rented a $300+ cabana which came with water that wasn’t in the fridge also towels that wasn’t in the area also came with a extremely small fruit tray for a party of 9 people , and our fruit smelled and tasted like it was dipped in onion water .. being that we had to leave the Swim club due to the weather we asked to speak to the manager (I don’t get his name ) so that we can maybe get a day pass or something to come back and get the actual experience. He said no the park is closed and walked away . Great costumer service. Good job sir . I feel like when that happens you should either give the guest a “rain check” pass or some type of refund. That sad that we had to play all of that money and just sit there .

I was in line behind these drunk and careless people when they started to harass this SWEET bartender (they even started to take photos of her) for NO reason. If you've never been to the elmont there's automatically a 22% tip added to the tab unless you select a different tip option, which these bartenders deserve working in this El Paso heat. This group of people were too careless to notice the 22% tip and started to blame the bartender after I just saw them with my own eyes agree to tip the 22%. I'm So grateful security was there to remove this group from the premises and she was able to provide me great customer service after this altercation! Kaskade was a blast and I can't wait to be back 😊

I purchased three tickets for Kaskade. While the environment was enjoyable, the Swim Club urgently needs to address its staffing issues. The bartenders and staff engage in highly unprofessional—and frankly fraudulent—behavior. They add unauthorized tips to purchases, and when confronted, they become defensive and retaliate by involving bouncers to have customers removed, even when they are clearly caught in the act. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. I will be speaking directly with the manager on Monday. Thank you, Elmont. Here are my photos for proof of the bar tender who added her $10+ tip and got pressed when we confronted her and then proceeded to get us kicked out for going on her little power trip.
