Jon and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—Jon walked us through how the bikes worked and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out. The bikes were top-notch: powerful, smooth, and super fun to ride. They included helmets, a lock, and saddle bags which were perfect for carrying our personal belongings. We ended up renting the bikes for 24 hours and that was a great deal. We rode the bikes to old town Scottsdale along the Green Belt which was a perfect route—scenic, well-maintained, and ideal for cruising on an e-bike. It was such a great way to explore the area without breaking a sweat, and the electric assist made the ride effortless and enjoyable. The rental process was quick and easy, and the pricing was very fair given the high quality of both the bikes and the customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to friends and family visiting the area!

However, The Electric Bike Shop was willing to take on the job. They were incredible helpful (even offering to assist with unloading/loading) and did a great job replacing my front tire tube. Highly recommended!
