  Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The food was cold, and not worth the cost. I ate my whole meal with no drink because our server dropped the plates off and turned and left before even asking if we needed anything else, then never checked back. I asked for the check and sat for another 10 minutes waiting before getting up to use the restroom, then coming back to see the table had been cleared while I was gone…. Good think my drink was empty the whole time any way or I’d have been more upset about that… I ended up going up the bar to pay and being ignored for another several minutes. One of the staff behind the bar rolled her eyes at me and turned and walked away. At one point I considered just leaving since clearly nobody wanted me to pay… once I was finally given the check I began to express my displeasure to my waitress (who was a manager by the way according to her name tag), and she turned and walked away without even acknowledging that I was speaking. Overall, I’m appalled. They were not busy at all, and my only true option to get service would have been to get up a track someone down which I could have done.. but shouldn’t have needed to. Outrageously overpriced, terrible service. I’m just upset that I wasted $75 for terrible food and wasn’t even given the chance to send food back, or have it made right.

  We’ve been loyal customers at Doug Out for years, especially for Wing Wednesdays, since we live right across the street. Unfortunately, our recent visit after my daughters senior photos was the final straw. We were overcharged, and the customer service continues to fall short of expectations. It’s disappointing to say this, but my family will no longer be returning. We’ve always wanted to support local, but consistency and care matter.

  We used to come here all the time, but stopped when the wings went way up in price. We can get equally delicious wings for less money at multiple restaurants without the surcharge for dressing and carrots and celery. Tonight I convinced my husband to try “Wing Night” again, he was reluctant, but agreed. The wings tasted great, but were uncharacteristically TINY compared to what they used to be and they were COMPLETELY out of blue cheese. Super disappointed, and our hunger was not satisfied at all. Blue cheese and wings are like peanut butter and jelly. They go together! Unfortunately, tonight has completely guaranteed that we won’t be back, which actually breaks my heart as our family loves supporting local businesses.
