STAY AWAY
I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with SiteOne. I placed an order for materials that was completely messed up, and when I called to address it, I was treated with absolute disrespect. The person I spoke with—who claimed to be the branch manager (Anthony)—was arrogant, dismissive, and spoke to me as if I were a child. He slurred his words, showed little knowledge of his job, and made no effort to resolve the issue.
I will not be returning to SiteOne and will be taking my business elsewhere.
As you can see from my profile I have never given a review but have lost sleep over this. I will never be in this store again, I was doing business yesterday morning and watched a horrific scene take place. There was a worker who berated a gentleman in front of all of us at the register who by the way looked to be purchasing a great amount of items, and started yelling at this gentleman who was apparently in the store to early? Seemed he was just looking at displays and I don’t know the story but the way this worker spoke to him was something I have never experienced before. Once in the parking lot I asked another worker who this man was and THEY TOLD ME HE WAS THE BRANCH MANAGER!!! Being a director of a corporation myself I would terminate that employee immediately if they ever spoke to someone how he spoke to that gentleman.
Also to note this so called “professional manager” looked high as a kite and reeked of marijuana. My husband has been doing business here for years and we will 100% not be back. So disappointing!! I wish there was a negative star option!!
You would think if a business is going to all of a sudden change their hours they would also change their business hours online. I drove almost an hour away to check out their
aggregates and showed up a little before noon. What is the sense at even being open on Sat if you close at 1130. What a waste and I will take my business somewhere else. It's the busy season for them but obviously they can't be bothered with running a business with their hours they have advertised.

2 yards of KidCushion. Will be back for more next spring. Love that they treat homeowners the same as contractors. Worth the drive from anywhere!
