Do NOT live here! These apartments are horrible. The office staff doesn’t care about residents’ safety or well-being. I reported harassment from a neighbor multiple times, and instead of helping me, they gave me two weeks to leave. That’s not legal and it shows how careless they are. Rent is way too high for this kind of treatment. Alyssa and Shunaye are the main culprits—avoid them at all costs.

This complex is extremely disappointing. Management does not support residents when harassment issues arise. Despite paying premium rent, we are treated without care or fairness. After filing multiple complaints about a neighbor, I was told to vacate within two weeks rather than being offered a solution—an action that was not even legal. Be cautious of Alyssa and Shunaye in the leasing office; they are the biggest problem here.
The price changes for these apartments are truly outrageous. A one-bedroom plus den that was previously around $1,800 has now jumped to $2,200. A two-bedroom that used to be listed for about $2,100 is now going for over $3,300.
Understand, the median salary in Atlanta, Ga is $59k. At a time when people are facing economic uncertainty, losing jobs and dealing with wage stagnation, this kind of price hike IS exploitation. I refuse to be fooled by " it's due to our demand", which rings hollow when you're actively manipulating that demand through pricing algorithms.
These people are making the deliberate decision to squeeze renters for maximum profit, regardless of the human cost. It’s disappointing, short-sighted, and frankly, shameful.
Everyone involved in setting and approving these prices should seriously reflect on the impact of these choices.

Shadarius is part of maintenance team! He called and communicated exactly what he was going to do and came in very professionally! Thanks for coming after hours to fix my fire alarms! Your whole team is amazing! I love that you guys are always professional, clean and in uniform! I swear this is a luxury resort!
The parking is horrible!!!! I have a walking distance restriction and the handicap spots are always taking by people with no permit! Anyone can park anywhere on any floor! I picked my unit specifically to be close to the parking due to 100 feet at a time restriction. Sometimes its ok but at other times I really need to be close to my door!! Please fix the parking!!!
I love that police live in the building on my floor! I feel safe with controlled fob entrance points at every door and officers who are armed and ready if needed! Im not the only one packing! We have a drama free beautiful lovely community 😊 if you bring any drama you will FAAFO!
Packages are always secured and safe in new lockers! Building is kept clean and I always see a crew in uniform working on a schedule! Halls vacuumed on regular!
PLEASE FIX PARKING AND ISSUE MORE WARNINGS FOR PEOPLE TAKING HANDICAP PARKING SPOTS WITH NO PERMIT! I RECEIVED A TOW WARNING FOR PARKING IN EV CHARGE SPOT BUT IT WAS ONLY SPOT! HOWEVER I DO NOT SEE WARNINGS ISSUED FOR THE VEHICLES TAKING THE PERMIT PARKING SPOTS!!!
I NEED PARKING ITS RUINING MY EXPERIENCE HERE....
OK THANKS 😊
Current resident of 2 years. The Deco was SLX when I moved in. It has a masculine luxurious feel but there are areas for improvements as it concerns building and floor access for our approved guests and parking for our guests. It’s not convenient for them or us. Taking out the concierge was a bad move. Or security, when they are there, should be allowed to contact us to let guests up. My unit is nicely located so I’m not exposed to much noise from neighbors or other residences. Therefore the noise level in my experience has been superb. Maintenance has been very nice and responsive. I do think the price point is not competitive considering the quality of amenities compared to similar complexes within earshot of The Deco. I’d likely see a rent increase that I’ll find to be not competitive upon my next renewal. We will see. I’d also love to see a restaurant or two locate to the base of our building. It doesn’t appear Northland is making serious pushes to get those types of benefits added to the building although there are several empty spaces, and restaurants are opting to move into the base of nearby buildings. A brunch spot or coffee cafe would be a nice touch. No issues with management or staff. Although they are always busy and can make it appear they don’t wish to be bothered with. But never a rude moment with them in my experience. The apartment itself is very appealing and cosmopolitan. I get many compliments about it. I enjoy Orange Theory being in the building. Northland should work with them to get discounts for residents of the building.
My advice to management is to continue the community engagement activities and keeping us informed about property changes as you have. An expresso machine in Le Deco would be a nice touch for that area. Thank you for fixing the package issue. It’s a 180 turnaround and we appreciate it. Next make it easier for our guests to feel welcomed to The Deco by easing the parking restrictions for the second level just before the gate, as well as finding a way for us to let guests up to our floor without us having to leave our units to do so. Long term: help get us a decent restaurant for our building.
