  I’ve had the blessing of living at Dakota Apartments for the past three years, and words cannot fully express how grateful I am for the experience. From the very beginning, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness by Cindy, who made my move-in process smooth and pleasant. Later, Kim became the manager, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She has been truly exceptional—always attentive, professional, and willing to help with any request I had. Paula at the front desk is also a gem—so kind, respectful, and helpful every single time I stopped by. Every maintenance request was handled quickly and efficiently. and the rest of the team are respectful and reliable—true professionals. The community itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families. I always felt safe here. The walking paths are lovely and ideal for dog owners like me, and the pool is always sparkling clean. Every common area is well-kept and inviting. It's truly a wonderful place to call home. If you're looking for a place where you and your family (and your pets!) can live in peace, comfort, and with a supportive management team, Dakota Apartments is the place. I leave with a heart full of gratitude and unforgettable memories. Desde el principio, Cindy me recibió con calidez y amabilidad, haciendo que mi mudanza fuera sencilla y agradable. Posteriormente, Kim se convirtió en la gerente, y no tengo palabras para describirla. Ha sido realmente excepcional: siempre atenta, profesional y dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier solicitud. Paula, de recepción, también es una joya: tan amable, respetuosa y servicial cada vez que la visité. Todas las solicitudes de mantenimiento se gestionaron con rapidez y eficiencia, y el resto del equipo es respetuoso y confiable: auténticos profesionales. La comunidad en sí es tranquila, está impecablemente cuidada y es perfecta para familias. Siempre me sentí seguro aquí. Los senderos para caminar son encantadores, ideales para quienes tienen perros como yo, y la piscina siempre está impecablemente limpia. Todas las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas y son acogedoras. Es realmente un lugar maravilloso para llamar hogar.   We've live at the Dakota for 6 years and love it. Our awesome Manager, Cindy Zeron has stepped up the social activities for residents: pool parties, food trucks, ice cream socials, movie nights etc. It's a great family environment. Paula is always available in the office for us and always is a pleasure to talk to. Ray and Trevor handle all the maintenance issues promptly and thoroughly when something needs fixing

  We have been here for four years and absolutely love it! The location is great and the management company very efficient. Any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and always solved. We have renewed our lease again!
