I’m a resident here at the Crescent (regrettably) and a host/bartender named Nate took it upon himself after providing low service to our table (I had to go and get my own dessert from the back after he never brought it to the table) to chastise me about a complementary cheesecake and cup of coffee in front of my friends and then walk off. I have NEVER felt so belittled in my life in public! This place over promises and under delivers on a REGULAR! Taking out key components of an “upscale restaurant” such as free Champagne (Gone), Conceirge Service (gone), Free Bottled Water (Gone), and now the customer service GONE! Not only would I NOT dine here again- I’M MOVING when my lease is up! Coffee & Customer Service is free 24 hours at the Days Inn but not the Crescent - IMAGINE THAT!

Their customer service is atrocious! Try calling their phone line. The only button that works is reservations. I'm just trying to get a receipt!! FINALLY I called the reservation line that sent me the phone number to the front desk. Front desk didn't answer and sent me to voicemail. I called the reservation line back and was explaining my issue and they hung up on me. Will NEVER stay here and will tell all my friends on social media how bad your service is.

We celebrated our anniversary at the Crescent. A wonderful first experience. Even while the property was hosting multiple weddings and experiencing a system outage due to storms, the staff was prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. We felt like a priority. Personal anniversary wishes from the hotel manager, Chef Preston selected a wine that was fantastic and paired perfectly with the delicious chocolate cake that welcomed us to our room, and the service at the Circle Bar and Emilia's was awesome, the dishes we were amazing.

If you want to experience the Crescent (they do have good food/bar scene), i would recommend staying somewhere else (Bowie House) and going to enjoy the bar. Food is good, but the service at the hotel was the worst I have experienced in five years of travel (personal and business), and that is what the below review is for. 1. waiting 20+ minutes to get our car 3+ times, valets lost it twice. 2. Crib was not in room after being ordered and confirmed at front desk. 3. Phone in room was not working (or not getting picked up). Had to walk down to the front desk to order room service, twice. 4. Sheets for rollout bed were not in room (requested) 5. General attitude of staff - this is what made it the worst. When we brought up any of these issues, there was no "oh, I'm sorry, how can I help," it was just "yeah, OK, thanks for letting us know." No follow up from a manager, nothing. No general concern. You can see that same sentiment on the other 1-star reviews down the page.

A Stay Full of Problems and Disappointment Our stay at the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth was unfortunately full of incidents. We arrived around midnight after a long flight, and the receptionist barely acknowledged us. The reservation had been made and paid for by a company, but without any explanation he charged my personal card for the entire stay — we assumed it was only for a deposit. The room itself was beautiful, but it was located directly underneath the smoking area and bar, making the noise absolutely unbearable. We had to change rooms that same night. The next morning, we were forced to change rooms again because the air conditioning system was blasting cold air even when turned off. We later learned the building was set not to exceed 20°C — and there was a long line of guests at reception complaining about the same issue. The worst part came after checkout: I realized I had accidentally left my Dior shoes next to the bed. I immediately called the hotel, but they claimed that housekeeping did not find anything. It was deeply disappointing and upsetting to realize that my belongings would not be returned. Overall, this hotel was unprofessional, poorly managed, and deeply frustrating. I cannot recommend staying here.
