- KGKENNETH GOREtoday5.0Dan the maintenance guy was and is a professional at his craft. Is on time availability and attention to details is what separates him. Dan is a remarkable person as well as maintenance person. Anytime I have needed or had a maintenance issuse he has demonstrated the willingness to assist and point me in the right direction of getting work orders established. I commend the Courtney at Bay Pines for having such an individual as Dan.

Yes, there are things that go wrong from time to time and they can be annoying but it's an apartment property so things need to go thru the proper channels and can take time. Angie, Ellie, Jeff, the ENTIRE maintenance team have always been outstanding. Thru thick and thin, they have been there for our family. We are very appreciative for the care and attention we receive. Thanks again to everyone at The Courtney.

The one minor issue we reported was handled excellently by Chris, a property maintenance person. We look forward to calling The Courtney our home.

The landscaping is always beautiful, and the pool is clean and inviting. There are many amenities here; it is truly resort-style living. My apartment didn't lose power during the devastating hurricanes last year, which was unbelievable. It is so close to the water but not in a flood zone. The few times I've had to call maintenance, they've arrived quickly. Kim and Elle in the office are fantastic! They're always so helpful, friendly, and professional. If I've had to leave a voicemail, it's always returned promptly. I cannot say enough good things about the Courtney. I love living here!
