I was bleeding, I had glass everywhere in my hair and all inside my car. I called Lance who answered immediately and had a "Can Do" attitude from the start. He recommended that I text him my VIN so he could tell me which aftermarket mirror I needed for my car, ensuring I had the correct numbers. I had ordered my mirror online and it was an exact match. He scheduled me right away. He always responds to texts with speed and very respectful and knowledgeable. I am here now getting my mirror installed. I am on time and they started as soon as I can here. Great customer service. Awesome.Wow! They told me it would take 1.5 hours to 2 hours. It was done now in 20 minutes!! Amazing work!
