  Beautiful dresses and nice quality, but customer service overall was disappointing. They were helpful at first but my order took a month instead of the promised 10 days because they logged it in incorrectly, which was not discovered until I called to check on my order after two weeks. It was very stressful since the dress was for my daughter’s wedding and needed last-minute alterations. They offered earrings as an apology, but only if I paid for shipping. What?! Lovely dresses—just order extra early or check for online options with free shipping. After the fact, I saw that my dress was available online from the designer for less money and free shipping. At this price point, I expected better customer service.

  We felt so good about this shop just stepping inside the door. We were greeted with the most friendly staff, and Tatum, and she was so helpful and patient with my daughter trying on ALOT of dresses. All the ladies were very helpful! We were successful in picking the perfect dress and left feeling so relieved and happy that the experience went so well. I recommend this shop to all! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  I had an incredible experience shopping at The Clothes Tree, and it was all thanks to Tatum! The store has a fantastic selection of dresses for every occasion, and the layout made it easy to browse. Tatum went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. She listened to my needs, offered excellent suggestions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable.
