Please let your residents know to not feed stray cats because I’ve noticed a specific apartment leaving water and food out for it and I was just attacked by it tonight while walking my grandmas dog

My living experience at Cesera was very good. Management was very cooperative with me. The maintenance process and repair was satisfactory, only because some requests took multiple visits to satisfy the issue but they were persistent. Overall, I really enjoyed my 14 year stay.

I'm writing on behalf of a family member who is a resident. First off, the apartment is lovely and the staff is fabulous. However, when my family member moved in the pool was not yet in summer condition. Now after 4 months and into the end of July, the pool is still not open but yet it has been clean and sparkling with new chairs and lounges. This is ridiculous. This was a selling amenity of the apartment but never accessible. It is very deceiving. We believe this is just used as a scheme to get people interested in the apartments and decide to lease. Little do they know its never open. Summer is almost over. The residents have been told endless times it will open and that hasn't happened. One of the explanations for not opening has been that they were needing a new inspection and a 911 phone installed. Everyone has cell phones these days so that makes no sense. These things should have been completed before pool season. If the tenants are offered this amenity then it should be completed way in advance. Very disappointing.

Nice apartment with good neighbors and helpful office staff. There's a Walmart grocery store and a McDonald's right across the street from each other next door, along with a convenience store/gas station across the street from McDonald's. It's a nice little area that has everything you need to survive. The DART rail is also not far away and is in walking distance for public transportation.
