  Loved the Oma e, amazing beds, super clean, quaint hotel, everyone was so helpful and loved the ambiance!!!! Parking is easy, breakfast included!!!

  Couldn't be happier with our stay . We needed somewhere close to the hospital and after staying a few nights at a newer hotel we moved to this one for a third of the cost but 10x the value. Beautiful 150yr old mansion with large rooms and everything you could ask for. No complaints! 10/10 Thank you for making our trip!

  We stayed overnight on our East Coast road trip. We generally like to stay in old downtown areas. This was a unique old hotel, not quite close enough to walk to the downtown Concord area. I would say a little over a mile. Ok to do during the day, but in the evening I would definitely drive. When we arrived in our room there was water on the floor out front of the dresser. The little refrigerator which was underneath the cabinet/dresser was frosted over and leaking everywhere. I went to the desk and the young lady gave me towels to wipe it up. She let us know maintenance would come by later. They came while we were out, but she said they were not able to swap out the refrigerator, so keep the towels down. We ended up not using it. Another couple in the lobby said they were experiencing the same issue as us. The room was large and the bed was ok, the bathroom was good size, but no storage so to speak and the tile shower clearly had mold or needed a much better scrubbing or redo.

  Beautiful hotel, good restaurant! But our refrigerator didn’t work, so we lost a lot of food$. No compensation or true concern from the staff. We would still return.

  Fantastic stay, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and great historic ambience. We were surprised and pleased to learn about the fitness center and continental breakfast, neither is always available in historic hotels. Big shout out to the front desk staff who gave us great local recommendations and helped us out with a special request in our room!! The location is an easy walk to restaurants and attractions in downtown Concord.
