  Rodrigo, thank you for turning a poorly managed situation into a great and successful one. I appreciate you making it right with the maintenance issue. All is good to go. This is my second year at the Cape at Grand Harbor. It’s an awesome community.

  (0/5 if I could) I’ve lived here for almost 4 years, and before management changed, this place was amazing — I never wanted to leave. Since the new management took over, everything has completely gone downhill. Communication is poor, and management is inconsiderate and impolite. There have always been spiders and occasional roaches no matter how clean you keep your place. They even sent me a noise complaint when I’m hardly ever home — I do have two big dogs, so obviously you’re going to hear them walk around sometimes. This place has completely disappointed me, and every time I communicate with the office, I end up more and more disappointed. It doesn’t feel cozy or homey anymore, and I’ll never renew another lease here again.

  Estoy respondiendo desde aquí porque Google no me permite contestar directamente a la respuesta falsa que me dieron. No recomiendo para nada estos apartamentos. Al final de mi contrato me inventaron cargos injustos y cuando pedí pruebas de esos cargos nunca me las dieron. En lugar de eso, me dijeron que el caso ya estaba cerrado y que solo tenía 20 días para firmar un acuerdo de pago, bajo la amenaza de mandarme a colección si no lo hacía. Además, cuando pedí la inspección de salida, ellos mismos me dijeron que no tenían personal disponible, y ahora mienten diciendo lo contrario. Este lugar se aprovecha de los residentes, inventa cargos y busca sacarles más dinero de manera abusiva. ¡Por favor no alquiles aquí si no quieres pasar por la misma pésima experiencia! I am responding here because Google does not allow me to reply directly to the false response they gave me. I do not recommend these apartments at all. At the end of my lease, they created unfair charges and when I asked for proof of these charges, they never provided any. Instead, they told me the case was already closed and that I only had 20 days to sign a payment agreement, while threatening to send me to collections if I didn’t. On top of that, when I requested a move-out inspection, they told me themselves that they had no staff available, and now they are lying by claiming otherwise. This place takes advantage of residents, makes up charges, and tries to squeeze more money out of them in abusive ways. Please do not rent here if you don’t want to go through the same terrible experience!

  My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Upon moving out, we were required to pay a $120 cleaning fee, yet we were still instructed to leave the apartment in pristine condition. We did exactly that—everything was spotless, with no stains on the walls, nail holes properly patched, and the unit left in excellent shape. Despite this, they are trying to charge us unjustified fees: for curtains that were in perfect condition, for painting even though we were told there would be no charge if there were no stains, and more. To make matters worse, they initially sent us an incorrect invoice ( with photos) that included charges from another apartment. While they later corrected it, they continue to insist on charging us for things that don’t make sense. I’ve asked for proof of these charges, but they have failed to provide any. Customer service has been nonexistent, and despite always fulfilling our obligations as tenants, we are now being unfairly charged. I cannot recommend this apartment complex at all. Mi experiencia con este complejo ha sido una total decepción. Al mudarnos, nos obligaron a pagar 120 dólares por un cargo de limpieza, pero aun así nos exigieron dejar el apartamento en condiciones impecables. Lo hicimos, todo quedó perfecto, sin manchas en las paredes, con los agujeros tapados, y en un estado impecable. A pesar de esto, nos están cobrando cargos injustificados: por cortinas que no estaban rotas, por pintura cuando nos aseguraron que no habría cargo si no había manchas, y más. Además, nos enviaron una factura ( con fotos) incorrecta con cargos de otro apartamento, y aunque corrigieron el error, siguen intentando cobrar cosas que no corresponden. He solicitado pruebas de estos cargos y no me las han proporcionado. La atención al cliente es nula y, a pesar de que siempre cumplimos con nuestras obligaciones cuando fuimos inquilinos, nos quieren cobrar de más. No recomiendo este complejo en absoluto.

  La peor experiencia que he tenido con un complejo de apartamentos. Al entregar mi unidad la dejé impecable: limpio, sin daños, agujeros tapados, todo en orden. Pedí que hicieran una inspección conmigo presente antes de irme, me dieron cita y luego me la cancelaron porque “no tenían a nadie disponible”. Me dijeron que revisarían después de que ya no viviera ahí, y ahora me salen con cargos falsos. Para colmo, enviaron por correo fotos de un apartamento que ni siquiera era el mío como supuesta “prueba”. Cuando les llamé y mandé fotos mostrando cómo dejé mi apartamento, me dijeron que revisarían… pero en lugar de darme respuestas o pruebas reales, inventaron cargos extra sin justificación. Básicamente cobran a lo tonto y se aprovechan. No soy la primera persona que pasa por lo mismo con ellos. Si valoran su dinero y su tranquilidad, NO renten aquí. Muy poco profesionales, cero transparencia y cero respeto al inquilino. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. When I moved out, I left my unit spotless: clean, no damage, holes patched, everything in perfect condition. I asked for a walk-through inspection before moving out, they scheduled one, and then canceled it because “no one was available.” They told me the inspection would be done after I was already gone — and now they’re hitting me with false charges. To make it worse, they sent me photos of an apartment that wasn’t even mine as so-called “proof.” When I called and even sent my own photos showing how I left everything in perfect shape, they said they would review it… but instead of giving me real evidence, they just came up with extra charges with no explanation. Basically, they charge people randomly and take advantage of tenants. I’m not the first person to go through this with them. If you value your money and peace of mind, do NOT rent here. Very unprofessional, no transparency, and zero respect for tenants.
