  So I actually was shorted a milkshake on my doordash order but the person who answered for Burger Truck (i believe his name was MJ) was extremely good at handling customer service. I came off a little hot in the beginning of the conversation (frustration with always missing a big item on doordash orders) but MJ succinctly explained the issue (which allegedly wasnt even their fault) and offered apologies and remedies. I am also very happy with the food and as stated I'm impressed with the service so I will be definitely be returning to Burger Truck

  I’m not sure why there are not lines of people at this place. The food is so good, and they give you a lot. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

  I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to try them. I placed my order in the app. The woman working the window was so friendly. The food was great!

  Tried The Burger Truck in Westland for the first time and wow… it definitely lived up to the hype. I got the Nacho Burger, Mozzarella Burger, and their mango drinks everything was on point. The burgers were super flavorful and juicy, and you could really tell they use quality ingredients. The Nacho Burger had the perfect kick and crunch, and the Mozzarella one was cheesy in the best way. The mango boba, and the dragon fruit drink were honestly the cherry on top cold, refreshing, and went perfectly with the food. Staff was friendly treat us like family, service was quick, and the whole vibe was great. I’ll definitely be back again soon! Ps the chicken nuggets were just like McDonald’s ones if not better 100/10
