  I felt the lemon pepper chicken didn’t have enough sauce, usually when I get the lemon pepper chicken is wet, but this time it was very dry, fries were overcooked

  "If I could leave a Zero star I would" kinda review! My young son really wanted wings so we decided to come here because our favorite wing spot was too far. We were hesitant because we had a bad experience in the past. Before we ordered I asked the girl at the register if my son could use the restroom because he needed to go really bad and she said no... I asked her how long our order was going to be approximately and she said minutes. My son said he could wait so we ordered his bbq wings. 15 minutes later we asked how much longer they said "a couple of minutes". Then a guy walks in and asked to use the restroom and they opened the restroom door for him. When I asked why my son couldn't use the restroom they said it was only available for delivery drivers. Ok. Another 10 minutes go by and my son is dancing. At this point I'm getting irritated and feel bad so my son. If I would have known they were not going to take 15 minutes I would have drove my son home. 35 minutes later my order is ready. We hurry home only to find out they didn't give us the bbq wings my son wanted they were hot spicy wings. He's literally in tears. Yes he's crying over wings!!! All he wanted was wings today. My husband had to drive back and get the right ones. This was such a huge inconvenience for us.
