I struggled to get ahold of the office for a bit, but they came out and fixed the issue! Not to mention, they fixed their mistake for free!!! In the end, my experience with Brothers was great. This was largely thanks to my experience with Ethan (hes the man). I really value that they took the time to fix their mistake. That’s not something you see a lot of these days. THANKS BROTHERS.
