  The promised me ADA compliant exit from my apartment a year ago still not done. Mold from leak in my bedroom has only been treated with bleach water and has constantly returned. 3 feet up 3 walls. Leak has never been fixed. The pool is a mosquito pond green and stinking. Staff are rude and apparently uneducated in housing issues and maintaining property. Do not rent here.

  DO MOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I’ve been waiting for an apartment since the first week of April l, which is when I was told it would be ready. It’s now June and the apartment they put us on hold for in July doesn’t exist. Melissa and management will say anything to get you off the phone! Trash establishment!

  These people are so unprofessional and disorganized. Took over a month to get approved for an apartment lost my paperwork had me redo everything twice then kept giving me the run around on a move in date. I give the deposit u still took over 30 days to contact me abt a unit I declined the offer bc if ur so unorganized now I can imagine what it would be like once I moved to the property. I requested a refund they refused said it was non refundable then a month later the manager Melissa calls me and says hey I have your refund come get it I get there the next business day now they cnt find it almost 2 weeks go by I called finally got someone to tell me it went toward administration fees. Those fees were waived when I applied to the property but ok I will be calling corporate and complaining and I have the voicemail recordings

  I’ve been without AC for almost a month. Put in maintenance request, left voicemail, sent emails, and even tried to go up to the office. Not a single phone call or email has been returned. It has gotten up to 81 INSIDE my apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE

  I, love the staff and my apartment but when tenants don't care if they can dump cooking water,used oil,or food over the banster onto the ground and get away with it. Get chairs and sit out in the parking lot and pass around a glass of beer and fight and constantly curse 🤬 and play loud music and dare anyone to say anything about. This is where the difference lies in nice apartments and the project housing,the difference in rat and roaches,and bed bugs infestation because we need cameras up and all around this place and for some their cameras need to be put in place while they have gone to work or doing other things or being told their apartment must be fogged for roaches and they must leave until they are told it's ok to come back. I keep my place clean everywhere I go and grown ups should not have to be told to clean up over and over again and I fear for my life and safety because I am speaking out against such NASTY, SLACK PEOPLE but how do people have to live among this before those who do these things be stopped ✋️ Again I fear for my safety and life because of my review but these apartments are nice and can continue to be so if the actions are taking. Truth be told Anywhere a person lives can be kept clean and decent if the people who lives in such places care.
