    Never responded to my inquiry. I hate when law firms have a website that say you can send an inquiry regarding your situation and then you get ignored, because to a lay person your situation matters. At least say Ye or Nay to the individual that sent the inquiry. Many firms do this, and I get offended and feelings hurt.

    Rude call-staff. I called to inquire about a potential case. I had a misunderstanding and when I asked for a rephrasal, I received rudeness and the same sentence that confused me repeated. It was like talking to a NPC. Can't say anything about the lawyers. Hopefully they're good.

    I would highly recommend this law firm. To start off i knew nothing about tenant rights. My landlord was good for nothing but picking up his rent money. He would not fix anything in my unit. He was poor in communication as well. I spoke with Ms Yoselin Martinez and she was very understandable and great with communicating with me. Mat was very professional and knowledgeable. He fought for my rights and I appreciate that. Thank you all
