  I lived at the Bridge at Heritage Creekside for about 4 years before I finally moved out. And only moved out due to needing more space. It’s a very quiet community. I never had any issues with the front office staff. For the most part the complex was always clean and if it wasn’t, the staff addressed it immediately. As a single woman, I never once felt unsafe — even arriving home after dark. The area surrounding the complex is growing so I can see it becoming the IT place to live. Needless to say, if I had to move back to Plano, I’d be moving back to the BHC

  We absolutely loved our time at The Bridge at Heritage Creekside and truly appreciate the entire leasing office team. We've never had such a warm, thoughtful experience — the staff consistently went above and beyond to make each day better and made us feel truly valued. The events and hangouts were such a fun bonus — so well-planned and full of great energy. One of our favorite highlights was the beautiful lounge where we hosted a party — hands down, the most elegant lounge we’ve ever seen! Every detail of living here was made better thanks to the incredible leasing team. We genuinely wanted to stay longer, but had to move due to family commitments.

  Single black mom I’ve lived here ALMOST 5yrs I’ll have to do a few reviews so it doesn’t get too long - The Front Office staff is the best I don’t care Who you talk to - Karen I shouldn’t even say this but - I can knock on her door at 10pm get scolded cause it’s late smh , lol but she will laugh come out her door and say how can I help you and call me by my government name 😂, Beth is my go too if I want to talk mess or need help with anything put in a work order Always helpful, it’s busy but they all will stop to greet you or see if you need anything.. Amy will throw a party and it don’t cost me a dime - pool party, bingo night, s’mores and more, TACO 🌮 TUESDAY my son eats 12 of them and a quesadillas FREE, they going have to burn me out my place 🤣The Upkeep here is top tier- I’ve lived here because how great the staff takes care of everything 7am the hallways are being mopped Fabuloso, doors and windows wiped down, trash being picked up along the whole complex every corner, bathrooms CLEAN, gym and fresh towels CLEAN …. Yes you see trash because Nasty people live in every community- can’t change dirty people . If I put in a maintenance call cause the light bulb went out, cause I’ve lived here 5yrs !! whatever it is within 2hrs maintenance is at the door pleasant and professional .. oh and one of them is fiiinne but that’s neither here nor there - you will enjoy living here and you may catch me in the front office saying Welcome to the Bridge 🤣 im so serious. 🤣

  Came in to get some information about the apartments and was immediately turned away and told that the “floor plans are all online”. That’s definitely not how you welcome a potential buyer or anyone in that industry. I was immediately disgusted and quickly made up my mind that this was not a place to call home.

  This is total scam !!!! The white lady in the front was giving discrimination look and ignored us the whole time so we had no choice , but let Stephanie help us . She seriously needs to work harder and more energetic and honest. We re looking for one bedroom with 3 months leases. At first , she acted like nothing available when she was checking, ( not sure if she was really looked for it) , until I showed her what availability I found online, then she showed us something similar but said the unit would be ready to move the day we desired. Then she told us to do application online, but I called few times asking for help, then I ended up come back to finish at the office, then she said would give us a call when it approved . We supposed to move in today August 21, she called last Friday the 18th, we confirm to pay $1900+ extra fee for 3 months terms, we got an mail of statements $2348 , i asked that was not right, not what we agreed, she said that what she said, we were so mad and couldn’t move in with that price, I asked to terminate the lease and if we could get our deposit back( we paid $100 deposit + 210 for Application fee when we signed last week) she said her Supervisor will agree to lease $1900+ if we are not terminate. What’s the heck going ? No, thank you!!! Make sure you got the right quotes before signing here. I lost hundreds dollar and almost two weeks. Completely FRAUD !!!!
