  I ordered blinds 6 months ago and paid in full for them. I have not gotten the blinds and Nancy has refused to refund them and have not responded to any of my requests, completely ghosted. Buyer beware, this place is a scam and will steal your money. I’d give it zero stars if it would let me. Edit: No refund has been received. This is not a slanderous review and it is offensive to say so.

  Wow! You can’t find customer service like this anymore! A HUGE shout out and thank you to the owner of this business as she helped me find a replacement mounting bracket for a Graber blind, whereas the company had discontinued manufacturing the bracket. All of this she provided for free! What a good person! She even emailed Graber and had them send me courtesy replacement brackets. They weren’t the right fit, but after I sent her a picture of the broken mounting bracket I had, as well as the end of the blind, she then provided me a link to a company that could help me, and they were the right parts, (previously I had sent her a mfr part #).I was so excited as had I not found a bracket to replace my broken one, I would’ve had to purchase all new blinds for the entire backside of my house, so her help saved me a lot of money!!!! Thank you again, and I know good fortune will come your way.

  The blind spot is a first class operation. Nancy (the owner) is prompt to reply, accountable and offers great products and service. A family owned business that delivers every bit of five stars… would highly recommend and best blind’s experience we have had.

  I purchased plantation shutters from the Blind Spot and absolutely love them! I wanted to do business with a locally owned, family business. Nancy is patient and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
