The place was amazing, the host. The owner did a well job planning in building out the bike in, for RV years, hotel, rooms, and cabins to stay. I was able to catch one of their events the people responsible for taking care of the Trail. Jeremy hosted a barbecue food slip and slide. There was plenty like people at the event I was able to gain knowledge about the community in the area was staying. I also was able to be a realtor to help me purchase my forever home.

Absolutely, great place to stay, right off the highway also. The owner is awesome, everything you need is provided. Nothing is cheap, everything is done well. The result is, at least when I was there, the folks who also stay there were cool people who also rode bikes, and so there was a great vibe throughout the whole place.
Super comfortable bedding, great facilities in the back, accommodates tents, vans, or a great little room for the time that you’re in town.
About two blocks from easy Greenway access all the way to the trails. 1 mile from Bentonville brewery which was great for me!
Met and spoke to the owner for a good bit and he Really cares about his guests and the quality of the place and asked for feedback and told me all about the improvements that they have made over the years.
I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with your partner and maybe one or two kids. I was in town by myself for a little time away and it was absolutely perfect. Met great folks while I was there.
Less than 10 minutes, driving to any of the great spots to ride. Very close to any amenities you might need like restaurants or gas or groceries.
Also great local knowledge from the owner who also rides.
Has to be one of the better travel experiences in my recent memory by recent I mean 10 years or so. Just really great and you felt well taken care of and secure.
It’s a cute redesign of a classic motel, and great to have the outdoor hangout area. I would just not go back for a stay longer than about one night. They are doing an hands-off model like an air bnb; however, you aren’t provided even bare minimum materials like extra towels a broom to clean your space. Our room started off with a dirty carpet and a dead roach under the bed, plus stains on the chairs and on a couple of the pillows. The main room of our double had no storage for clothes or food. Our kids’ room off of our room had a few low cubbies. So we (the adults) spent our 5-day/4-night stay living out of bags on the dirty floor. We needed to sandals to step anywhere in the room or the bottoms of our feet would turn black. We were given one small bath mat for four people to use for the entire stay (16+ showers taken during that time). We also received one bath towel per person for the stay, in a place where the premise is to ride bikes daily, and where there is also a hot tub, so you’re bathing a lot and the one towel never fully dries. I spent 2 of our 4 nights paying to do laundry to wash and dry the hotel’s towels. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to be reliable for work. We also got jolted awake every other morning between 4:15-5:15am by a loud dumpster pickup outside our window. We appreciated the cool vibe and really loved the city’s bike trails. But for more than $200 per night there really needs to be a way to clean and organize the space.
*Thank you for the response to the review. This response was quicker than the responses the two times I reached out during the stay. I think 4 stars is very fair, and this explains things I wished I'd known before going, without mentioning every issue.

We based our 92 rider event out of The Bike Inn, although some folks had to stay elsewhere because we were such a big group. Perfect ambiance and experience! Just 2.5 miles south of downtown via a low traffic residential road, it was easy to get to and from central Bentonville. The grounds (fire circle, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, sound system and more) handled our group beautifully.
I had a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the bike wash facilities. I was with a large group of cyclists which occupied the whole place, and we all partied on the premises. It's convenient to downtown and nearby trails. If you are staying in the cabins out back, it's more like luxurious camping as their is no individual bathroom in each cabana, but the bed and set up are lovely, and the common bathrooms and kitchen were well set up. There's good coffee too. Jeremy supported the group of us very nicely. Plus there's a bike shuttle available. You don't need to rent a car.
