I told her I would arrive between 7:30 and 7:40 PM, giving them a 10-minute buffer. She confirmed it would be ready by then. I arrived at 7:32 PM and was immediately asked to make payment, which I did. I was then told to wait another 5 minutes. After waiting, a staff member came out and told me it would take another 5–6 minutes—still without any apology or explanation. When I returned, all the staff in the kitchen were looking at me, but no one approached or acknowledged the delay. No one offered a simple “sorry” for the extended wait. Finally, after about 5 more minutes, a staff member came out with my order and casually said, “Great, it’s already paid—you can go now,” as if that made up for the poor service. Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering I had already allowed extra time for them to prepare the food.

I intended to order for two people, and there was an offer stating “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.” I placed the order accordingly, but when it arrived, I only received one thali. While I must say the food was good, the online order handling needs improvement. This was my first vtime ordering — and likely my last. Whole experience was disappointed.
