- KWKelsey Whittington3 days ago1.0I really wanted to like this place and was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old Yorkiepoo has been going to daycare 1-2 a week since she was five weeks old and has never had any issues. We recently moved back to the area so I’ve been trying out a few daycares and while she passed evaluations with flying colors at other places, I was told here that she was showing anxiety and needs to come more times before she is fully passed and able to board; etc. This was very odd as she has NEVER received feedback like this before, I also was not told this until days after her evaluation when I tried to book her for boarding. This experience left a very bad impression on me and leaves me wonder how trained the staff is here and if this is just a money grab to have me keep paying for daycare. Needless to say, she will not be back here.
- MLMadison Lauderback4 days ago5.0We have been sending Ted to BLDHTX for years. He loves it here, and I feel very good about leaving him for daycare or overnight boarding. They are extremely responsive and quick over email. The whole staff knows Teddy, and he pulls on the leash to go inside. A couple years ago when I had a question about his stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the detailed notes they kept, and were very prompt to answer all my questions. We love BLDHTX - the best in Houston

- KVKeri VanValenOct 7, 20255.0This is the best place!!!! I bring my puppy here for socialization and puppy kindergarten for training. I get weekly videos and all the new skills learned. I also get a long progress note that is very detailed and how she is doing. They have the most adorable photoshoots here!!! I am so grateful for all the staff here!!!
