  I’ve got to say, my experience with The Beacon 331 team has been the complete opposite of what the last review said. The team has been nothing but kind, professional, and super straightforward with me. They explained pricing and 2 month special options clearly from the start (no “last minute surprises” on my end 😅). In all honesty, they’ve been the nicest property management team I’ve ever dealt with in the area (hence all the good reviews that agree with me) and I’m excited to move in soon!

  They say and advertise one price then jack it up how does the rent go from $1,500 to $1,800 only after you’ve been approved and then the two months aren’t waved or free as they advertise they are averaged to your rent throughout the 13 month lease you are still paying for the 13 months no discount at all. They should be a little more transparent with pricing and fee. They give you one quote with low rates then change them and tell you last minute. I’d rather know the price without the “discounts” or “deal” and know exactly what I am going to pay. They only have 25% occupancy and 75% vacancy for a reason. Don’t be fooled by the big “discounts” or “deals” they offer. I’ve never been so excited and disappointed at the same time. At that price your better off renting a townhouse or a house with more space and at times the same amenities.

  I've had a great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to our property manager, Collin, and his team. They do an amazing job of creating a welcoming atmosphere through fun, creative events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The events take place around the beautiful pool, clubhouse, or gym—all luxury amenities. It's clear they put a lot of thought into making this more than just a place to live; It's a community vibe. I really appreciate their excellence in effort and care that goes into everything they do, especially to keep up-scaling it, making things a cut above & handling residents needs. Brand new, clean apartments, minutes to the beach. Can't beat the location! 5-stars!

  This brand new apartment is a beautiful complex with a sparkling lake and sunset views! The staff (especially Taylor!!) is so helpful and accommodating for every need. Clean, new gym and great usage of technology for entry/access, packages, and more! 10/10 recommend
