  Chase, Kyle, Isaiah, and Sean, did excellent work, we had a team out to do crack repairs previously and were very happy with their work but this team put in an egress window in the basement. It took 2 days but they did an amazing job and cleaned up things perfectly including resending the yard where they had to excavation. They walked us through the entire process and sent us pictures of the entire process. We are very happy with this company and the guys are very professional and work hard. Keep up the good work guys!!

  I called The Basement Doctor Friday afternoon and Lane Staley came out promptly Monday. Lane was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. After surveying our basement issues he eased our worries and recommended the right solution without overselling the job. Four days later Garth and Anthony arrived at 8 in the morning with the truck. Garth was also courteous, professional and very respectful of our property. He communicated throughout the job and made sure the area was clean and we were satisfied with the work. We are very impressed and would highly recommend The Basement Doctor. If at all possible ask for Lane Staley to come out and inspect, and hopefully Garth will be the work foreman.

  The Basement Doctor did an excellent job on my basement waterproofing job, from start to finish. Jacob Beck put us at ease right away with his thorough presentation and explanation of our options. We chose this company because Jacob struck us as a person with expertise and integrity. Communication throughout the process was great and Garth and the rest of the team doing the job were punctual, efficient, and professional. We’re so pleased with all of them, and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality work. Thank you!

  The Basement Dr was our third opinion but man oh man did they deliver. It started with Charlie Murphy. He was professional, straight forward and Honest. What he said he did! Fave a detailed estimate so i understood what was happening. Then Chase Phillips with his team of Kyle and Isaiah went above and beyond for our job. It is a small thing but after excavation they seeded the lawn and even parts they didn't mess up just to help touch up the lawn. I got daily updates from Chase as well about status and time line. They locked up every night to ease my worry as well. Even Kyle and Isaiah were knowledgeable on the project and were able to answer my questions demonstrating good leadership from Forman Chase. Overall it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience even woth adding more to the job because of issues that came up during the repair! (Not fault of theirs)

  We just finished over 25 years of water problems in our basement. The problems increased in severity the past 3 years and culminated in unmanageable frequency since April of this year because the entire spring and summer have been plagued with so much rain. By July 2nd we determined it was time to call the professionals. We were fortunate to have the project manager, Charley Murphy, and a diligent crew headed up by the foreman , Final, assigned to us. There is a very organized process followed from the initial visit to the very end of a project. Contracts are clear and transparent. Charley exhibited tremendous patience and addressed our concerns with clear explanations to our satisfaction. Managing a very busy schedule with multiple projects running concurrently, he always made time to answer our calls. Final was so fun and positive everyday and exhibited good communication and management skills. Although there were surprises along the way that no one could have predicted, solutions were always found. We will no longer panic when rain comes and that peace is worth the investment made to conquer our seemingly endless worries. As I told Charley as we wrapped up the project, I just wish I would have contacted them many years ago. Thank you so much Charley Murphy and Final for helping us get our peace!
