- SSStephan Siegfried3 days ago4.0The apartment and amenities are great. A couple of comments: The site needs security cameras. I think this is in the works. Last night, (Oct 24) there was a truck doing donuts in the Life Church parking lot and they came onto the Baldwin property. They damaged the Life Church parking lot. We should have access control at all exterior doors. We have gotten multiple unsolicited vendors, charitable orgs and jehovah's witnesses knocking on our door. It would be great to have a recycling program if possible.

What's sorely missing is the best practice of a recycling program for glass, metal and cardboard. Currently there is no resident communication platform should residents want to offer free stuff, find out if if there a resident beatition, or see of anyone wants to connect for actitities.
