Within less than 24 hrs he responded and gave me my options. He told me there was an error on my ticket and there's a chance it could be dismissed. He also told me that based upon my driving record I could take a safe driver's course and pay the $280 citation. This route would've ensured that I received no points on my driver's license. I chose to have Attorney Baker's office file for a hearing...and five weeks later my ticket was dismissed!!! Remember, there are no guarantees in life.
