  We hosted our rehearsal dinner at The Back Room Saloon, and it was absolutely perfect! The food was amazing — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate our guests with gluten allergies, which meant so much to us. Even with a band playing that evening, the staff made sure our group was well taken care of and that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of great energy. I would highly recommend The Back Room Saloon to anyone looking for a wonderful venue with fantastic food and exceptional service!

  We had a very good experience here. Our entrées tasted great and were large portions. Our appetizers also tasted great, but the portions were very small for the price, which is understandable for the fancy appetizer pictured here the devil’s on horseback, but there was no reason for the pretzel sticks to cost so much. Our server was very attentive without being irritating, So Service was perfect. The atmosphere is really cool like an old West style. We will definitely be back.

  After biking 100 miles along Pennsylvania’s Ghost Town Trail, I was hungry and looking for a restaurant to that provided generous portions of delicious food. The Backroom Saloon did not disappoint. It had an interesting selection of food and drinks. Among my selections was an avocado blackberry salad. ( have to try unusual dishes!) This unique concoction was yummy as was everything else I had. Julie is a great bartender and server. While I live about 200 miles away from Ebensburg, PA, if I ever make a return visit, there is no doubt that I’ll be eating at the Backroom Saloon again.
