  Sooo I was having issues with my unit , went in saw Lonnie & his tech one evening , they were about to close , he still assisted me . Told me what to do , what he / they were going to do … all I can say is “ A man of his word “, & great personal service , & they don’t try to sell you what you don’t need . If you want it & don’t need it he’ll sell it to ya …. But you’ll be warned .

  I can only assume this place stays in business simply because there is a shortage of car audio shops in South Tampa. When you arrive you’ll be greeted by the large man who sits in the squeaky chair and plays his TikTok on the highest volume possible, it’ll take a minute or two before he turns around and recognizes you. While you’re there, another guy will just be walking around the entire time drinking out of a red solo cup. Not really sure what his job is there but seems like he does nothing. Unless it’s an emergency, I highly suggest going anywhere else but here. Trust me.

  Went in for tint and to have a rattle fixed that was coming from a door panel on a relatively new Tacoma. No problems with the tint install and was reasonably priced, especially for S Tampa. They charged me $125 upfront for them to try to fix the rattle in the rear driver's side door, which I thought was hefty but I wanted to leave it in the hands of professionals so it would be repaired correctly. When I picked the truck up later it was still rattling, so I called back and they said they tightened things up on the passenger side door (the wrong door may have been a pure misunderstanding, but if they had tested it they would have immediately noticed it's the driver's side door rattling and not the passenger side). They offered to look at the other side free-of-charge so I brought it back. 20 minutes later they said they found metal on the speaker magnet which they removed, but again when I tested the rattle in the door was still there. When I addressed this with the front desk I got a quick apology but no resolution. Twice I was told it was fixed, but in reality no improvement whatsoever. They were quick to charge the $125 but never understood what the issue actually was, while the gentleman at the front seemed disinterested in actually resolving the problem. All they had to do was ask me to show them what the problem was, but they never offered to test it with me. Overall disappointed since I thought this was a simple 30 minute fix for able professionals, but instead I am out $125 and left no better off than before I went in (twice).
