My daughter moved in this fall. People hit on legitimate issues in other reviews. The biggest problem is the nearly complete lack of internet! They are college students trying to do homework online, but the "high speed internet" barely works. At best it's 0.3 MPS download in her unit. Calls to the landlord gets nothing done, they just ignore and hope they go away. My daughter and her roommates don't have the money to get their own service to supplement it. It is annoying and difficult not having it. Don't live here if you need to use the internet.

I signed a lease here when I they were doing a 2 month free deal. Lady at the counter told me I would be refunded the two months after paying the full lease, and then REFUSED to let me sign an amendment or any documents stating I would receive my money back. I asked about documents every day of December after signing the lease and was told by both the ladies at the front and the leasing agent that no documents could be signed for that. At time of move out, I was told I had not signed the required document to receive that money back. I was given the leasing agents email and told to email him to work things out. I’ve emailed three times, never heard back. I’ve shown up a couple of times and every single time the manager is conveniently in a meeting. Do not trust promotional deals from this company, they are a scam.

Wish zero stars were an option. Still waiting three months after lease ended for a final move out statement and return of security deposit. Emails remain unanswered. We also subletted one month and during the overlap month both tenants had to pay full months rent with the promise of a refund on move out. If you are even thinking of signing a lease here, I would advise you to read the reviews and check out some local Facebook pages or Reddit on the topic.

We moved our daughter and her friends in this weekend and the entire experience was outrageous- Filthy is an understatement for the apartment and surrounding areas. My daughter and her 2 friends were moved into a 4 bedroom apartment with a stranger which was fine and we understood, however their rooms and the common living space were absolutely disgusting. They all put on their applications that they needed a pet free environment due to allergies and the place was covered in cat hair. We had to rent a carpet shampooer from Home Depot to make the carpet even livable. When we inquired about a pet living in the space we found out one just moved out but they don't actually clean in between renters. The multiple garbage dumpsters were overflowing before move-in had even started and by the time the day ended they were all surrounded with more trash and debris. The grounds themselves are all over grown and covered in dog poop. This place is a tremendous case of bait and switch. Nothing at all like the lovely tour we were given back in the spring. Sad that the management has let what could be a tremendous establishment go to absolute garbage. Will definitely not be resigning the lease here and would not recommend it!

Shame on these people! It's hard enough to move a child out of the house into a new place for College, and this experience was terrible from the beginning and only got worse once we arrived. We've been subjected to "Bait and Switch" tactics from these folk’s multiple times before moving in, being promised a "Flats" room, only to have the first lease agreement switching her to a "Lodge" room which is not what we wanted or agreed to. Weeks ago, they assigned our daughter an address for mail, and shipping only to find out that wasn't the case. Once we arrived and tried moving into the room they promised, they switched it again to another room that was outright disgusting and dirty. I was under the assumption the new appartments would have been cleaned after the last person moved out and likely charged a cleaning fee, not the case amongst many of the units. Zero communication from Representatives on site while we tried to move in yesterday and of course nobody is responding to phone calls or emails - have fun with Hunter the "AI assistant!" This morning after voicing my frustration and concern, I was hung up on by the Leasing agent - par for the course. Mind you this was after the onsite "Manager" was rude and condescending to my wife, while trying to move in. I'm still attempting to figure out what the rent will be for the smaller room they put her in, versus the lease agreement we previously signed. Fun Fact, the smaller ADU room my daughter was placed in is the same price as the more spacious Flat room - Go Figure! The amount of money they are charging for this horrible experience is the worst part of it all, as the place looks totally different than our initial visit last Spring. Trash everywhere, old furniture in filthy apartments upon move in, dead plants and weeds, multiple dumpsters filled to the top in the parking lot and tons of empty promises. We spoke with several other parents in the same boat as us, and everyone is beyond upset at this place. Nobody seems to care about anything but your money. Avoid The Arrow at all costs, I wish I would have done more research before committing and will explore all options available to hold these people accountable. Note to Future Parents, do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more money elsewhere to avoid the situation we find ourselves in. Do not send your loved ones here.
