  I have been there from last year I have reported the mold in my apartment no one treated it so I had was to evacuated the apartment before my lease was asking for my money back no one seems to want to give me back my money.i am left with hospital bills due to constant headache allergies cause by the mold.the manager visit the apartment stating leave the AC unit on which I did then I noticed the mold quickly spread to my son room which causes him to have the same allergies reaction I reach out to 2 mold company they told me 900 for treatment with they did not call to treat it people health comes first More than collecting money for rent .

  Very disappointed. The staff is good, Tony and the Maintenance guy are so friendly but the apartment page show an apartment renovated and is not. The kitchen and the bathrooms are very old. My kids and I were sick every other week since I moved here. And don't talk about the dish washer, I had never use it because it was dirty and very very old since I moved. We are paying so much money and is not worth it. I can't wait to move out.

  Such a great place, best apartments in the area. I have lived here for about 4 years and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to rent from. They are very attentive when things need to be taken care of and the staff is very Courteous of your time. Daphne, John, Bre and Ashley are amazing! The pool is awesome and the apartments are perfect size. It’s always clean around the Aria. I’m very pleased to say the least!
