  The building manager (Carol Anne) replaced my dead fob right away when I asked on a Friday evening. I really appreciated her quick response time and effort to get it done right away.

  Love this place. It's quiet, people are friendly, dogs welcome. Management is pleasant and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

  I was the first person to rent in this building on Day 01 over a year ago, and I’m happily still here with no intentions of leaving . What attracted me was the spacious units, A/C, fair market rental value, and close proximity to everything. The “on-site” building Manager here is not only very kind and energetic, but very responsive , often quickly taking care of business on days off and after hours. Very clean, quiet, and a very safe place to live. I highly recommend this building.

  Fantastic building, great location close to transit and many stores. The property managers are very communicative and friendly. The units are bright and quiet! I have amazing views of the Olympic mountains, and the air conditioning and in-suite laundry in a rental unit is a very nice feature. Lots of nice people around, usually people walking their dogs, great community. Langford has really turned around. I love this apartment! To the people posting 1 star reviews. Compared to other areas this area is MUCH safer and the managers are great, nothing wrong with the building or the managers. They treat everyone so nicely.
