We happened to be in the area today and remembered about it so we googled the info and saw they were open. So dang glad we did!! I got the homemade chicken & noodles and he got the ham beans and cornbread; seriously good and hit the spot! For dessert we shared the apple dumpling with ice cream. Apples aren’t my favorite but this was amazingly good, especially with the ice cream!! Our server, she was wonderful, can tell she’s been there and knows all the regulars and we love that! Definitely will take time to make the trek back over (we live about an hour away!) thanks for a wonderful early dinner!
