  Excelente servicio por parte del Property manager Jasen y Briana the leassing office and assistent manager. Son muy atentos, amables y profesionales. Desde el día uno en que fuimos mi familia y mi persona a ver las facilidades nos demostraron que era el lugar donde podríamos respirar tranquilidad, es muy limpio, los residentes son amables también. No quiero dejar de mencionar al maintenance supervisor Jerry Martínez súper agradecida por su atención, muy profesional y muy amable. En fin les recomiendo esta propiedad ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I enjoyed knowing that my sons were safe and in a good community over the last couple years while they were away at school. The Allure at Gateway definitely kept the community together with all the get-togethers they have along with their community partners. It got them out and meeting new people and for that I am so very grateful!!!! The boys enjoyed relaxing at the pool, working out in the gym and many BBQs and food trucks. Move in was simple and easy. The price was right and the apartment was maintained. Jasen and the staff their were amazing any time we had questions or needed help. Thanks for providing his home away from home :)

  I truly wish I could give this place negative stars. I applied for an apartment that was available for several days on their website after touring in person. I hadn't heard anything from the complex regarding the application and I had questions so I reached out myself. I got my questions answered and the next day they call and tell me that the apartment I applied for is not available and there was a glitch in the system. Ok, I'll take the same model on another floor I didn't want that is more expensive. I lose out on the free month special because that apartment wasn't available when I applied. Why should I be inconvenienced for an issue they have? I left a voicemail for the property manager Jasen. Didn't get a call back until I called once again on a different day and was once again told I couldn't get the free month because of something that happened on their end. Was offered a refund of my deposit and/or he would reach out to his regional manager. Called back 20 minutes after speaking to him where he was snippy with me and said I would just take the refund to the leasing agent Brianna I spoke with. Got a call today that she never told him that, they have no record of that call because they are all recorded, and can't get a refund at all because of a lack of communication in their office and it being past 3 days. If this wasn't all a sign not to live here (if even in the beginning they can't communicate properly between each other or prospective tenants) I don't know what is. I don't live in the area to come and do everything in person and this was extremely stressful unnecessarily. I have never had issues like this with any previous apartment community. Do not choose this place.

  Four days ago, at around 4 a.m., a man entered our complex and pulled the fire alarm, causing all residents to evacuate. When we came downstairs, he was still present and appeared to be holding something in his hand. The police were eventually called, and he was taken away. Before that, he had attempted to break a first-floor window, leaving visible blood on the glass. As of today, the blood remains uncleaned, and there has been no official acknowledgment or communication about the incident from management

  I only give one star because you don't have the option to provide less. I'm not one to leave reviews but just had to fair warn people when looking into this location to live. Initially the place looks nice. It smells good in the lobby etc. But when it comes to management and integrity of employees, it's severely lacks . I wish I would have paid attention to reviews before I looked further and lossed out on a deposit for a place that I wasn't even approved for yet and an application fee $325 worth for nothing, And due to the lack of communication between employees and management and being forthcoming about everything, they found a way to con me out of getting at least even the deposit back. Do yourself a favor and be cautious of this overpriced, underwhelming location and keep looking.
