  I’m not sure what’s worse, the lack of basic security, the silverfish and roach infestations or the rude office staff. My guest room’s closet flooded and when I expressed how this was an inconvenience especially given the high rental costs, they quickly became annoyed and dismissive. Their smugness and unpleasant attitudes are extremely unprofessional. I would expect this attitude from a low cost section 8 complex not the most expensive in the area. My apartment now reeks of chemicals, and due to the wall being torn out with the maintenance closet the heat coming in is ridiculous. The dehumidifier is deafening! I am paying for a 2 bedroom but now cannot use my 2nd bedroom! UPDATE! Now my AC is broken!!! This place is a joke!

  Man my leasing people are amazing. Yesterday I got home late from work and was missing my key fob . Anthony went above and beyond to make sure i was safe and could get into my unit. I cried. I’m thankful because you don’t always find kindness, compassion but the whole team over here is amazing. I must say shout out to Tatiana again and last time I forgot Beth’s name but she was the leasing manager I was referring too. If you’re looking for a place Alibi is nice.
