  Coach Nathan and the team were very welcoming , TKO is the perfect balance between training for fights, training to get in shape , and learning the art of Muay Thai, there is a place for any skill level / age group.I was visiting for the day and the team took me in like their own, I highly recommend this gym if you are in the area!

  Visited this place as I was working in the local area. Really enjoyed the session. Coach Nathan was really polite and welcoming. Had really good sparring rounds and left without any injuries or pain. Will definitely visit when im in Statesville again

  Nathan was a respectful Coach and very welcoming. I was out of town from Texas for work and he aloud me to drop in and train. Great place and great environment. Thank you sir!!!!

  We joined TKO about two years ago after my daughter expressed interest in trying something new. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. The program is incredibly well-structured and fits seamlessly into our daily lives. She absolutely loves training—the discipline, the respect, the workouts—she enjoys every part of it. When her little brother joined, he had no interest and lacked discipline. But over time, we’ve seen a real transformation. Slowly but surely, he’s growing into a more focused and disciplined young boy. I’m truly grateful to all the instructors for their dedication and for sharing their knowledge with the students. I give TKO a solid 10 out of 10.

  My seven year old daughter made the decision to stop dance and gymnastics in favor of TKO. She absolutely loves going to class every week.
