- MSMatt StroudOct 21, 20252.0Great selection of wax and some singles if purchasing but horrible experience if conducting business selling to them Asking to evaluate a person's collection on a private room and not allow the person that owns the collection to be present for transparency is bad customer service and just weird behavior. Ive never experienced that and just find it to be poor business practice. Kind of disappointed. The experience could have been handled better by the staff
