She helped me get my waterfall repaired and my outdoor pool controller replaced. Maricella was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and made sure her team handled the repairs quickly and professionally. What could have been a difficult situation turned into a positive experience because of her excellent customer service skills. She really turned things around for me, and now I’m a happy customer!

Miguel came out again and surpassed his skills from last time by installing an upgraded panel system for our pool. Now 8 years later and the snow-mageddon caused some damage to the flagstone on the jacuzzi overflow. So of course I call Texas Pools and Patios, Maricella provided excellent customer service! She handled getting my photos of damaged flagstone to the dept. head for masonry repair estimate, followed up on scheduling my flagstone repair, the mason did excellent work, she then called to confirm that we were happy with the work and set up payment. Highly recommend for a new pool and any repair work.
