  They don't sell direct to consumers and they can't tell you who carries the product you need. Worthless! Update: This is an excellent review. It's good for the individual consumer because they know not to bother calling and waste their time. Plus, good for the resellers knowing their business is being protected. it's a Win for both.

  horrible service, dont answer the phone incorrect hours listed. they are NOT open saturdays, wasted my time and im sure plenty of others

  I have been buying products from this company for 1 year, yesterday I was surprised that I am prohibited from buying products from the Hayward brand, I had already placed the order online, when I picked it up I was told that I could not buy it, I asked why? I was told that the company manager blocked my company from buying, because I am reselling Hayward products. I want to report here that I don't recommend it, I went through a lot of embarrassment and financial loss due to this Hayward pump I tried to buy, my lawyer read the contract about the company's rules and checked the laws of the state of Texas and the country. I have the right to buy all the products that are available from this company, there is no trademark restriction clause, my lawyer is taking care of suing this company in the court house for several things, what they did is a crime! I sent email asking answer and nobody answer I will report to all company owner friends not to buy from this company
