I knew nothing about how to handle this. I saw Bobby who literally saved me. I walked out of there with a little more understanding and knowledge. I felt at ease entering this chapter. I have continued to see him every year to be sure my needs were being met and my plan was what I needed. Every one at the office is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and urge you to visit them and remove the stress you endure trying to handle this alone.

- ARAdriana Rodriguez-CortesOct 15, 20251.0Update: I found out yesterday that my current United Healthcare Plan is not disappearing as of 12/31/25, as I was told at this location. The plan is in force and will continue with a few increases which are still 50% less expensive than the plan that I was signed up for and approved. I was misinformed and, had I not consulted directly with my insurance provider, would have made a costly mistake for 2026, solely based on the recommendation made at this location. As an example, my current plan has a 2026 hospital deductible of $150 per day for the first 6 days. The plan I was offered is $325 per day for first 6 days!! I thought this was an amazing experience; walked in without an appointment and just as soon as I was almost done providing my information I was able to meet with Mr. Bobby Coates, however , I was misinformed. Mr Coates is professional and knowledgeable. With a few key questions he was able to identify my medical coverage requirements and find a plan that provides coverage with my current physicians and medications., however, I was misinformed and was told my plan would end 12/31/2025. United healthcare confirmed that it is not ending!! Because I was already changed I had to reapply to my current plan, which I’ve had for over 5 years, and am pending acceptance. If you have a current plan, speak directly to them for options to avoid misinformation. Thank You!!
